The house has two independent semidettached accommodations in the upper floor, "La Tablilla" and "La Terraza".

In the lower floor there is a big common area with a double living room enhanced by its wooden roof, wide stone walls and rustic granite fireplace.

The living room is equipped with TV, VCR, Hi-Fi and fireplace. This common area also inlcudes heating and toilets

The whole cottage decoration is completely rustic (including original furniture) which creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere.A porch built with old wooden joists leads the way to the main entrance to the building, and also gives way to a garden enclosed by stones in which there are a couple of a-hundrerd-year-old stone sinks used long ago as troughs.The garden is surrounded by a 400 m2 orchard.
