The cottage is an old stable built in 1891 made of granite and wooden joists.

For its rehabilitation as rural lodging the structure has been respected so much as the original materials maintaining the original aesthetic of the North Mountain of Gredos.

The building has two independent lodgings:
“La Tablilla” and “La Terraza”
